I help people turn other people on and generate the momentum they need to live out their purpose. My role is to get people charged up – whether it be about a person, an idea, or a company—essentially, getting people juiced

In advertising I had the opportunity to work for some of the most dynamic agencies in the US—from creative boutique Weiss Whitten Stagliano, and the virtual offices of Chiat/Day, to a tour of San Francisco hot shops Hal Riney, FCB and Goodby Silverstein. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with companies who recognize the power of knowing their purpose and have built brands from the inside out—Nike, Sony PlayStation, Saturn, MTV, Armani and Guinness among others.

What I loved most about being a planner was not just the discovery of a powerful idea, but also (and especially) the challenge of rallying people around an idea – be they brand ideas, strategies or creative ideas – to create enthusiasm and build charge behind things, make believers of any audience, and communicate what makes an idea or a person worth believing in.

In 2000 I left a Planning Director position, at Goodby Silverstein and the world of advertising to start Juice! Talent with Mari, to generate momentum behind people and their purpose.
