After graduating from NYU with a Masters in occupational therapy, Rachel practiced OT for 6 years working with autistic children. Having had the experience of successfully navigating through her own food allergies, Rachel took a special interest in the undeniable impact that food allergens, such as gluten and dairy, had on these children’s behavior.
After years of suffering from various ailments triggered by food sensitivities, Rachel embarked on her first 7 day juice fast in 2009, followed by a 90 day raw vegan diet. That personal journey led her to discover the power of cold-pressed juicing. However, upon moving to San Francisco, Rachel wasn’t satisfied with the options available and felt inspired to do something about it. . . this is when Project Juice was born. Since inception, Rachel’s mission has been to demystify the thought that juicing and a raw vegan diet is synonymous with yoga and meditation centers only. Through Project Juice, Rachel intends to create approachable, convenient products that fit into everyone’s life with ease.

He was amazed at the transformative impact that a plant-based diet had on his mind and body. Greg earned his bachelor’s from Washington University in St. Louis and continued on to complete his MBA from the Yale School of Management. While his studies led him into a career in investment banking, his passion for wellness drew him to work with companies with a focus on healthy living. After spending several years in finance, Greg decided to follow his passion more aggressively and traded in his excel spreadsheets for a Norwalk Juicer, co-founding Project Juice with his wife Rachel and their business partner Devon.

Lori Kenyon Farley
Lori was raised in New York, but after attending law school in Southern California, she fell in love with the weather and lifestyle of the West Coast, and decided to stay. The first 15 years of her professional life were spent working in finance and law, where she honed her skills in analysis, writing and strategic planning. She spent those same years satiating her creative side by spending free time creating innovative workouts for herself and developing healthy recipes. She met her current business partner, Marra St. Clair, when she was feeling particularly torn between her career and her passion for wellness, and together they built a vision and brand that allowed Lori to not have to choose one over the other.
In early 2010, Lori and Marra co-founded Ritual Wellness, So Cal’s original purveyor of organic cold-pressed juice cleanses. In 2013, the pair co-authored “The Juice Cleanse Reset Diet”, to help educate more people about the impact of nutrition on health. In March 2015, Kenyon and St. Clair merged their company with Project Juice to bring their certified organic, non-GMO, cold-pressed juices, nut mylks, cleanses and plant-based foods to a wider audience across the country, creating the West Coast's leading certified USDA organic juicery.
