Project Juice currently offers three options to receive your juices: Local Deliveries, Local Pickup, and National Delivery. All three options require checkout through our website.
Local pickup is available at any of our standalone retail locations at no additional charge. Please bring an electronic or hard copy of your receipt.
Project Juice will make local juice deliveries Monday through Friday. Juices are guaranteed to stay fresh for five full days from the time your receive them (as long as they are kept refrigerated). If you are not there to receive delivery and have not notified us to leave the juices unattended, they will be delivered to one of our retail locations and will be available for pickup or delivery at an additional charge.
If you ordered a cleanse, we strongly recommend that you start immediately upon receiving the juices. Please do not start more than one day after receipt. Project Juice will not exchange expired juices.
|1-Day / 3-Day Cleanses:||Customers receive one delivery or pickup on Day 1 of their cleanse.|
|5-Day Cleanses:||Customers receive one delivery or pickup on Day 1 of their cleanse and another on Day 4 (Day 3 if you live outside of SF). Please note that we do not currently deliver on Saturday or Sunday.|
Project Juice ships nationally via Fedex Priority Overnight with an indirect signature required. Delivery is available Tuesday through Friday across the continental United States. In most areas, your juice will arrive at your door by 10:30am. If you are in a more remote location your juice may arrive as late as 4:30pm the day you are meant to begin. (We recommend eating fruits, vegetables, and drinking tea until your juices arrive). If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, we encourage you to contact us immediately at email@example.com. All shipments include ice packs and insulation to keep the juices ultra fresh!
For cleanses delivered nationally, customers will receive up to 5 days in a single shipment.
Other Important Notes:
Most of the time, deliveries will arrive to your door in the time frame you choose. However, due to weather conditions or other unpredictable complications your package may arrive after the estimated time. It is essential that you refrigerate your juices as soon as possible and keep them unopened until you are ready to drink them.
Please inspect your cooler immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.
If you need to change or postpone your order, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your start date.
